Open Character Creator and begin a new cast member profile.
- Use a clear source photo with the face easy to see.
- A full-body or clean waist-up image works best.
- Avoid blurry images, sunglasses, heavy filters, or blocked faces.
Section 02
Set the Character Look
Define the clothing and visual direction you want for the reusable cartoon cast member.
- Clothing instructions should override the clothing shown in the source photo.
- Keep the design consistent with the ToonFactoryAI adult-sitcom cartoon style.
- Use simple facial details and clean edges for better consistency.
Section 03
Generate the Asset Set
Create the reusable pose and expression library for the cast member.
- Generate the full pose set before using the cast member in production.
- Include idle, talking, reaction, pointing, and transition poses.
- Transparent or clean backgrounds are preferred for compositing.
Section 04
Review the Assets
Inspect the generated images before approving the cast member.
- Check face consistency from pose to pose.
- Look for cropped hands, odd fingers, clothing changes, or unexpected outlines.
- Regenerate only the bad assets when possible instead of rebuilding everything.

Voice and Cast Settings
Configure the voice and cast details used by Studio and Commentator.
- Choose a voice that fits the character.
- Use a clear cast name and keep naming consistent across the suite.
- Test a short spoken line before creating a full episode.
Section 06
Manage Your Cast Library
Use the cast management tools to keep active and archived characters organized.
- Archive cast members you want to keep but do not need in current projects.
- Restore archived cast members when needed.
- Delete a cast member only when you no longer need the related assets.
