Section 01
Sign In
Launch ToonFactoryAI and sign in with the email address and password associated with your ToonFactoryAI account.
- Use Remember Me on a trusted personal computer if desired.
- The launcher validates your account and license before opening the Creator Suite.
- Do not share your account password with other users.
Section 02
Reset a Password
Use Forgot Password on the launcher if you cannot sign in.
- Enter your ToonFactoryAI account email.
- Open the password reset email and follow the secure link.
- After resetting, sign in with the new password; the old password should no longer work.
Section 03
License Status
An active ToonFactoryAI license is required to use the suite.
- Your plan and license status are validated when you sign in.
- A disabled, expired, or invalid license may prevent Studio, Commentator, or Character Creator from opening.
- Contact Support if your account is active but the launcher reports a licensing problem.
Section 04
Device Activations
Your plan may limit how many computers can be activated at one time.
- The Founders Launch plan is intended for up to two devices.
- A device activation is tied to a specific PC installation.
- If you replace or retire a computer, device deactivation may be required before activating another PC.
Section 05
YouTube Accounts
YouTube connections are separate from your ToonFactoryAI login and license.
- Connect only YouTube channels you control.
- Choose the correct channel before publishing or scheduling.
- If a Google authorization expires, reconnect the channel from ToonFactoryAI.
